Velseis can, if required, provide all pre-survey services from permitting through to surveying, line-clearing and shothole drilling. Since these phases are interdependent, there are significant advantages in using a co-ordinated management approach.

Velseis has extensive experience in complying with specific landowner requirements (access, stock control etc), and with government regulations such as weed control.

Surveying of shot and receiver lines is carried out using Real-Time Kinematic GPS, with an accuracy of 0.1m.

Shothole drilling, if required, would normally be carried out by Velseis' drilling subsidiary, Seisdrill. This provides for rapid and flexible deployment of the drilling resources.
